Now with just a click of your mouse you will have access to your accounts. Just go to the link page and click on Web Banking. At this time you will need to create an access ID and a password. Both of these need to be between 6 & 12 characters and contain both numbers and letters. Please be aware that they are case sensitive. You will only be required to use your Social Security number the first time on this site and the security code will change each time you go to this site.
Two-Factor Authentication has been implemented as required by the government. You will need to authenticate each computer that you enter from. You do this by answering 10 of the 20 questions on the page. This information is case sensitive, so please make note on how you answer the questions. Once you have answered the questions, you need to click on continue and you will be asked if you want the site to remember the computer so you will not have to answer the challenge questions the next time you sign in. Click yes unless it is a public computer (library, kiosk or any computer you usually do not use). You will need to authenticate each computer you sign in from ( home, work, etc) by answering the 10 questions you originally answered.
Web banking is basically the same as P.A.T. except instead of using the telephone you will be using your computer. You will be able to get you account history, request a check or make transfers.
We will be sending an account balance file and a transaction history file to this site, twice a day. So your balance will be as current as the last file we sent. An up-dated file is sent each morning for the previous day's transactions and again around 2:30 p.m. with all of the current day's transactions. We retrieve and post member requests numerous times through the day. Having access to your accounts has never been easier!
E-Statements - Your statements can be viewed and printed from the Web-banking site. They are available about 3 days after the end of the month. You will also have access to previous months statements.
